Peas Eat Well


I absolutely love cooking. There is something magical that is to be said about time spent in the kitchen, one with the food. It ignites my senses, while relieving my stresses.

Chopping up a couple of vegetables, tossing them in coconut oil, and pepper, and cooking them for just a couple of minutes brings back the simple taste that we sometimes lose. The natural flavors of vegetables get lost in a swirl of sauces, spices, and soups and sometimes it is comforting to bring them back.

Vegetables are heavenly.
