Fat to Fit: My Journey

I tried a variation of a juice I already like, and came out with this stellar addition:


  • 2 handfuls of Kale
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 handful Baby Bok Choy
  • 1 handful Baby Red and¬†Green Chard
  • 1 large orange (or two small)
  • 2 apples (green or red)

All of these mixed together juiced approx. 15-16 ounces.
