Day 3 — the smoothies get better and better ❤❤


1 green apple (core removed)
1 inch chunk of cucumber
2 tsp raw unpasteurized honey (or more to taste)
½ inch knob of ginger, peeled (and grated)
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
5 mint leaves
3-4 ice cubes
1-1½ cup of unsweetened almond milk (or water or another kind of milk!)
