Blackberries are rich in antioxidants. When choosing blackberries, look for ones that have a rich, deep color and that are plump. They will not ripen after they are picked. Blackberries don’t keep well after being rinsed. It’s best to wash them the day you plan to juice them.

Day Three: Blackberry Blast
1/4 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into cubes
1 cup blackberries
5 mint leaves
2 cups water
Yield: 16 oz.
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Cut up kiwis.
Cut up pears, remove seeds.
Gradually load your blender with each ingredient and add water.
